Reyhana is a free-lance writer based in the UK. Reyhana graduated from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill with a BSc in Business Management and later completed an MSc in Economic Development Policy at the University of Birmingham. Her Masters thesis looked at the British government's counter-terrorism operations and its effects in combating home-grown terrorism in Muslim communities.

Reyhana has been a long-time campaigner for the anti-war movement and justice for the Palestinian people. She has also contributed her expertise and knowledge surrounding counter-terrorism operations and issues facing Muslim communities in the UK. As a result, she offers a unique analysis in areas dealing with extremism, counter-terrorism policy and community cohesion. Some of her work has been featured in the Huffington Post UK

When she's not taking part in activist work, Reyhana enjoys swimming, reading, writing and spending time with friends and family.
